These sheets save a lot of difficult cleaning jobs

We have used silicone baking sheets both to line the bottom of our ovens and to line baking trays for some time. They are so much easier to clean than baking trays and oven bottoms - they go in the dishwasher, and come out clean (they tend to have droplets of water on them which have to be wiped off with a tea towel). The ones we use in the oven remain fine. The ones we used on baking trays received much more wear, eventually tearing at the edges. The ones we have just bought are replacements.
